Highland Township has released a Draft of the 2026–2031 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This draft represents a preliminary version of the proposed projects and investments planned for the next five years.
The Planning Commission will begin its review of the document and is expected to schedule a public hearing in the coming weeks. Once a hearing date is set, residents will be invited to provide comments and feedback.
At this stage, the draft is for review only and may be revised as the Planning Commission completes its evaluation.
