At the August 31st, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting, the following zoning amendment was introduced.

Introduce Zoning Amendment Z-040 for a portion of parcel 11-27-237-015 to rezone 1415 S. Milford Road (formerly Dee’s Cafe) from C-1, Local Commercial Zoning District to C-2, General Commercial Zoning District with offer of conditions to restrict the land use to a taxidermy studio or any other use permissible in the C-1 Zoning District and further conditioned upon special approval for the taxidermy land use requested.
