Public Hearing Notice

PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (CIP) Years 2026–2031

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the Charter Township of Highland  will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of the proposed Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the fiscal years Years 2026 through 2031. 

June 4th, 2026 at 7:30p.m.

Highland Township Auditorium

205 N. John Street, Highland, MI 48357

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is a six-year planning tool that identifies public structures, infrastructure, and major equipment improvements, prioritizes their scheduling, and outlines anticipated costs and financing options. 

The proposed CIP is available for public review during regular business hours at the Charter Township of Highlands Planning Department or Clerk’s Office located at 205 N. John and online at highlandtwp.net

All interested citizens are invited to attend the public hearing and offer comments. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing. Any member of the audience wishing to address the board will be asked to state his/her name and address.
