Highland Township has released a Draft of the 2026–2031 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This draft represents a preliminary version of the proposed projects and investments planned for the next five years.
The Planning Commission will begin its review of the document and is expected to schedule a public hearing in the coming weeks. A public Hearing is schedule for June 4th, at 7:30pm
At this stage, the draft is for review only and may be revised as the Planning Commission completes its evaluation.
