Highland Township is accepting applications to provide security at the Highland Activity Center for events being held on Nights and Weekends. Applicant must be detail-oriented, flexible, able to work nights and weekends, have excellent customer service and organizational skills and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Activities Assistant

Highland Township is accepting applications for a part time, 20 hours per week, Activities Assistant for the Activity Center. Applicant must be detail-oriented, flexible, available some nights and weekends, excellent customer service, strong computer and organizational skills and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Submit application/resume to the Supervisor’s office, 205 N. ZBA Member

The ZBA meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s.  $50 per meeting.  The ZBA hears appeals, evaluates requests for interpretations and approves or denies dimensional variances. A variance is permission from the ZBA to allow a deviation from the code or ordinance as it pertains to zoning matters. Zoning codes are in place to regulate the use of land within a community. To bypass a zoning code, the property owner is required permission from the ZBA for a variance.

Requirement: Must be a registered voter in Highland Township
