1.Would a price per linear
footage and installation be okay for the replacement
of the damaged siding?
Answer: Yes, a per linear
foot replacement would be OK to submit.
2.Will we be able to
substitute an alternative equivalent product in place of
Benjamin Moore's Regal
Select Hi-Build? We would recommend Sherwin William's SuperPaint, or Duration.
Answer: Please quote with specified finishes. If a bidder would like to
supply an separate option for a different paint/finish please include a second option
with your suggestion. For the bidding process, we would like all quote based on
the identical style specified.
3.What would be a good
location to stage a storage unit?
Answer: Behind Steeple
Hall is a new gravel parking lot. A storage unit could be temporarily placed
there if required.
4.Should we include
cutting away any failed caulk into our bid?
Answer: Please include
removing any failed caulk and replace with new as per Section Two-Scope of
Work
